Frequently asked questions

Will I receive a Certificate of Attendance?

Yes, you’ll receive a certificate of attendance after successfully completing the participation at the D-TECH Forum. This certificate can add value to your professional growth.

What is included in the Registration Fee?

The Fee includes the 1-day Forum attendance, materials, lunch, snacks and refreshments. The hotel and travel expenses are not included in the Fee.

What Networking Opportunities are available at the Forum?

By attending keynote sessions, panel discussions, morning coffee, coffee break and lunch, participants will have great opportunities to expand their networks with keynote speakers, industry leaders, and other professionals.

Are there Early Bird Discounts available?

Yes, there is an early bird discount until April 25, 2025, meaning the ticket costs 180 euro plus VAT. After this deadline, the normal rate of 260 euro plus VAT is applicable.

Is there a possibility of a group discount for the tickets?

Yes. If you purchase 3 or more tickets you receive an additional 10% discount, plus VAT.

Can I register and buy a ticket at the event?

No, the ticket must be purchased before the event.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind about attending?

All our conferences are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once you’ve completed your registration, you cannot cancel, request a refund, or transfer your registration to another person. However, you may get the option to receive an extra discount at the 2026 D-TECH Forun, in certain situations.

I can’t pay by credit card; is there an alternate payment method?

Yes. We also accept payment via bank transfer. Please select pay by Invoice on the Registration Form.

Is there a dress code for the event?

The dress code, just like in every other business meeting, is professional, meaning wearing a suit and a shirt, for gents, and similarly, a coat and shirt for ladies. Alternative dress code: business casual.

What parking arrangements are available at the venue?

Near the National Bank of Romania there is a public, underground parking with entrance from Ion Ghica Street. The parking ticket is not included in the Fee.

Is there preferred accommodation I can book?

Yes, if you book two nights of Bed and Breakfast at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, you will receive a special discount using the code you will receive with your ticket. If you would like to stay at a different hotel, we can make an alternative recommendation.
